Sink or Swim is an intensive, waterless ointment designed for skin that actually works. Unlike thin lotions that disappear, this formula creates a heavy-duty, water-resistant seal that stays on the surface to lock moisture in and keep the environment out.

We’ve ditched the shea and mango butters to eliminate the graininess and "grit" found in traditional balms. By using a specialized blend of plant-based waxes and oils, we’ve achieved a glossy, stable texture that applies smoothly every time, regardless of the temperature.

The Triple Infusion

At its core is a powerhouse infusion of wild-harvested Kawakawa, Mānuka, and Calendula. We slow-steep these botanicals to extract maximum potency, finished with a hint of natural Vanilla and Jojoba.
